Returns
All purchases made on True to Source have a 30-day no-questions-asked return period. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, but the item is still under warranty, please contact our customer care staff regarding the warranty process for your item.

Refunds or Replacements
In most cases, to receive a refund or replacement, we will ask that you return the item to us. When returning your purchase, please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging and all accessories it came with.

Once you mail out the unit, we will process your refund or send out the replacement as soon as you provide the following information:

Carrier used
Tracking number
Your shipping address

Late or missing refunds
It may take some time for banks or credit card companies to process refunds, so please do wait a few days for the refund to appear. If the refund does not appear as expected, do contact your bank or credit card company to check.
